By accessing or using the services of GREEN ENERGY INCLUSION, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
GREEN ENERGY INCLUSION provides rooftop solar installation, maintenance, subsidy assistance, and related energy services. All service details, pricing, and timelines are as agreed in individual project contracts.
Solar panels come with a 25-year performance warranty from the manufacturer. Our workmanship warranty covers installation quality for 1 year from the date of commissioning. Battery and inverter warranties are as per respective manufacturer terms.
Payment schedules are as agreed in individual project quotes. Typically: 50% advance at order confirmation, 40% before installation, and 10% upon completion. GST is applicable as per prevailing rates.
We assist customers in applying for government subsidies, but the grant of subsidy is at the sole discretion of the government. We do not guarantee subsidy approval and are not liable for any delays in subsidy disbursement.
GREEN ENERGY INCLUSION shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the services rendered.
These terms are governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
